What cookies are
Cookies are small files saved on your phone, tablet or computer when you visit a website. Most websites use them to remember things about you and make the site work better.
Strictly necessary cookies
These keep the site working. You can't turn them off. They don't track you across other sites.
- sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token - set by Supabase to keep admin users logged in. Only present if you sign in to the internal admin area.
- cookie-consent - remembers your choice on the cookie banner so we don't show it again.
Analytics cookies
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they find useful. No personal data is collected. You can reject these cookies on the banner that appears when you first visit.
- Vercel Analytics - counts page views and tracks performance. No persistent identifier is stored.
Third-party services
We don't embed third-party advertising or social-media widgets. We do load a small number of trusted services to make the site work:
- Ordnance Survey Places API (address lookup) - does not set cookies on your browser.
- Anthropic Claude (AI planning assessment) - called from our server, not your browser, so no cookies are set.
How to manage cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you see what's stored, block cookies from specific sites, or delete them entirely. For help, see:
Changes to this page
If we start using new cookies or change how existing ones work, we'll update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last reviewed.
